Posting an Advert on findmysexpert

Adverts that do not comply with our Terms will be removed from the site. This list is not exhaustive and findmysexpert reserves the right to remove any advert without warning or other notification. Any advert we suspect of being spam or fraudulent will be removed.

Note:

findmysexpert reserve the right to request proof of qualifications for any type of service offered on the website, you have one (1) week to upload necessary certifications for verification.  You can do this via your advert builder on the dashboard.

• If a paid ad does not meet our terms, findmysexpert has the right to reject a refund.

The following is forbidden on findmysexpert.com

• Adverts where by the services you are advertising you do not have the relevant certifications, experience or you have been banned or struck off from performing via a governing body
• Publishing an ad that is too short or ambiguous. This could result in an ad being classified as spam
• Posting an ad whose purpose is regulated or prohibited by law
• Using the details (name, phone number, mailing address, email, photos, etc) of someone else without their permission or providing false contact details
• Revealing elements of a private nature or violating the privacy of any person or company (including the publication of faces or signatures)
• Copying information posted by another user
• Publishing content that infringes physical or intellectual property rights
• Disturbing the activity of any other user
• Assuming the identity of findmysexpert and/or its employees
• Publishing an ad in the wrong category or subcategory
• Children: Use of this site is prohibited to anyone under the age of 16
• Any Premium Rate phone numbers must be referenced within your advert
• Publishing ads with the purpose of advertising sites or services similar to findmysexpert.com
• Promoting a website that does not belong to you
• Promoting or advertising gifts, sweepstakes, or other prizes outside of your business or services
• Making remarks that are false, defamatory, profane, hateful, abusive, pornographic, obscene or of any inappropriate nature (left to our discretion)
• Any advertisement or message containing a virus or other contaminating or destructive agent that prevents the proper operation of this site or access to this site by our users

Services and Adverts

The following are prohibited to be advertised:

• Escort agencies / escort services, ads seeking escort services or ads by people seeking adult work
• Adverts including a price/quote or a sense of prostitution
• Offering services that give a sense of prostitution, human trafficking or any other type of illegal sex work
• We do not allow use of sexual toys to be demonstrated
• We do not allow more than 1 person in an image
• Ads that contain images of full nudity and sexual or suggestive positions
• Minors: Publishing an ad is prohibited to anyone under the age of 18. We may request to see identification
• Advertising suffocation, slavery, forced intercourse, rape, intoxication, abuse, drugs, torture.
• Ads of sexual nature or offering sexual services
• Any link (or any invitation to use a search engine to find this link) to another website or blog
• Dating services and dating sites

Our Rules

• 1 card per person (bank card should belong to the advertiser)
• 1 account per person
• Ads that are too short or ambiguous
• We allow adverts from certified Sexuality Professionals only. You must have experience and or credentials in the field(s) you are advertising within.  findmysexpert may call up you to provide relevant paperwork to verify your advertisement
• Should we find abuse of features available on the site, findmysexpert as the right to take action
• Images must be genuine. Any fake photos identified will be removed from the ad. findmysexpert reserves the right to request identification for verification
• Ads can take up to 48 hours to publish
• All adverts of adult or sexual nature will be reviewed on a singular basis, dependent upon the work of that practitioner
• No images/photograph of a sexual nature 
• No phone numbers in the title

Selling
The following are prohibited to be advertised:

• Illegal and stolen goods, drugs or related materials
• Dangerous objects such as guns, pistols, paintballs, gas, explosives or any item that is intended to cause purposeful harm (this list is not exhaustive)
• Blood products, body fluids, organs and other body products
• Drugs or medical supplies
• Furs and skins, wood, feathers (this list is not exhaustive)
• Insignia and uniform of police or other official insignia and uniforms
• Counterfeit goods, replicas, unauthorized copies
• Alcohol
• Selling of pornographic images, selfies or nude images
• Used Lingerie
• Wholesale lot of multimedia products (CD’s, DVD’s, audio, video etc.)
• Any item or service that requires the advertiser to be an exclusive and/or authorised 3rd party seller of the product
