The Pleasure Lab ~ Awaken the Senses with Breath & Presence

A guided exploration of the senses in all their abundance. How does it feel to use your senses with your undivided attention? How can this improve your quality of life? We will delve into the subtle pleasures of each of the senses to increase our awareness of these gateways to bliss.

Everyone is welcome – from beginners to experts
A commitment to doing the exercises, not just watching
A quiet space to be present; to watch & practice
Yoga mat / blankets / cushions / comfy chair / bed – whatever you need to be comfortable
You are invited to treat yourself to a delicious light meal, a sensual shower/bath or wearing your favourite outfit in preparation for the Pleasure Lab
You are welcome to share this Pleasure Lab with another but I would recommend completing the journey alone 1st
No drug/alcohol consumption before or during the Pleasure Lab so as to allow you to be fully present during the Pleasure Lab
